Passionate about supporting companies from inception to expansion, Francesca, with a Master’s in Euroasian International Business, brings a wealth of experience from living and working in various countries.
Since April 2022, Francesca has played a pivotal role as a board member overseeing Events at the Netherlands Business Council (NBC), recognized by UAE authorities as the representative body of Dutch entities in the region. Collaborating closely with the Dutch Consulate and Embassy, Francesca aims to unite Dutch businesses through thoughtfully curated events.
Her extensive expertise spans company formation, financial and business advisory, feasibility studies, and more, offering a comprehensive suite of services. Joan Jardeleza is former fashion model, businesswoman, and traveler. She has a bachelors degree in Marketing and Corporate Communications from San Beda University (Philippines) and afterwards worked in major cities such as Manila, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Dubai.
She has a decade of experience and qualification in Fashion, Luxury, Hospitality, and Events that will position her to perform excellently well in Lifestyle and Event Management globally.
An enabler, facilitator, and driver of the critical behind-the-scenes activities and infrastructure within the International events team.
She has a passion also for providing business management and business development/ sales/capital raising support to senior executives, startups, and even integration investment
opportunities from all over the who wants to expand in UAE.

Trade Missions
Dubai 2023
During our enthralling fCN Trade Mission to Dubai, we embarked on a remarkable journey filled with enriching experiences. Exploring the city’s highlights, including an engaging matchmaking session at the elegant Capital Club, set the tone for our visit. The Museum of the Future offered a futuristic perspective on science and technology. We indulged in breathtaking views during aperitifs at Jumeirah Al Qasr and enjoyed an exquisite dinner at Il Borro. Visits to prestigious real estate projects and a delightful lunch at Beachclub Lucky Fish added to our experiences. A sunset yacht cruise, dinner at Zuma, and a beachside Saturday brunch were highlights. The trip concluded with a desert adventure, promising an unforgettable blend of business and cultural exploration.
Dubai – Abu Dhabi 2015
As we reminisce about the remarkable fCN trade mission to Dubai – Abu Dhabi, esteemed fCN members delved into intensive networking, forging valuable connections both professionally and personally. The fCN Seminar featured international speakers from diverse industries, generously addressing queries. Professor Laline from Intrabond Capital discussed topics like Value Retail, Economic Development, Urbanization, Healthcare, Finance, and Social Development, culminating in the awarding of the Professional Leadership Certificate. A thorough Dubai matchmaking event unfolded at Hotel The Address, orchestrated by Kuyper Royal Distillers. Special invitations extended to relations of The Netherlands Business Council, Berkeley Corporate Finance, the Alarfaj family, and fCN Global enhanced the experience. Ambassador Frank Mollen graciously hosted a lunch reception at his Abu Dhabi residence, followed by a visit to Microsoft for a presentation and a tour of the Microsoft Experience Center.
